All of our construction processes are taken care of by our highly trained and expert team of Architects, Engineers and Supervisors as well as with the able support of our blue collared workforce and the back end operations team. Every project is being headed by the Project Engineer to ensure above satisfactory meeting of customer expectations and organizations’ commitments. Prompt customer service is provided for pre and post construction stages.

INEST GROUP was initially a core marketing team known as DIALECTBAY, established in June, 2002. DIALECTBAY, since its inception reached the heights of success in marketing through its concrete vision, never ending hard work and excellent professionalism.
Inspired by its efforts and achievements, DIALECTBAY aimed at diversifying and expanding its business operations and hence the advent of Inest Builders & Developers came to the forefront. INEST GROUP, a conglomerate, was formed in the year 2004 and has its registered office at # 386, 5th Floor, Eureka Tower, Chandmari, Guwahati-3. At the helm of the organization is the young, energetic and visionary CEO and MD, Mr. RAKESH MISHRA.
